Technical cookies

The only cookie the website may set is a technical one: Cloudflare, which protects the website, may use the __cf_bm cookie to tell people apart from automated programs. It serves security purposes, lasts at most 30 minutes and, as the law provides, does not require consent.

Language choice

If you choose a language, with the “English” or “Italiano” link at the top of the page or with the notice shown to browsers set to other languages, or if you close that notice, the website remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage (sarabanda-language), so it does not ask again. It is a preference you set yourself, it stays on your device, it is never sent to us and you can delete it with the website data in your browser settings.

Statistics

Visitor statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: the data is aggregated only.

YouTube videos

Nothing is loaded from YouTube before you press play: the preview images are hosted on our website. When you start a video, the YouTube player is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google may store information on your device, according to its own cookie policy.

External links

Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook can only be reached through plain links: those services apply their own cookie rules when you open them.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and website data at any time from your browser settings. Information on how we process data is in the privacy policy.
